Making art and technology entertaining


Art + Technology had been going for 4 seasons and was up for renewal for a fifth. The challenge was to find new ways into the subject to make season 5 feel fresh. The new show format includes Gemma Cairney as the show anchor, is set in a virtual studio and is all centred around conversation. Guests are virtually brought into the set via monolith-like slates that form a permanent fixture. We also sourced questions on social, bringing in the concept of a virtual audience.
